Members and guests dressed up in all manner of 'space travel' gear and allowed their minds to "take a walk on the wild side". A great day was had by all.

Adding the letter from Fiona Spottiswood, Area AA National Councillor, VIEW Clubs of Australia
Dear friends at Lake George Day VIEW Club
Wow, five years has flown and it has been fantastic to be a member of Lake George. As I moved on to Zone and now National Councillor roles it was so rewarding to step back and watch many of you take on increasing responsibility and grow with VIEW.
We’ve had so much fun together as women, as well as supporting the Smith Family to help unlock opportunities for disadvantaged Australian children and families.
Linking in with the theme ‘International year of Astronomy” I encourage you to take the next step with VIEW and continue to ‘reach for the stars and dare to dream the impossible’ as we explore unknown territory dream of change and forge a fantastic future for VIEW at the Futures Forum in October.
My best wishes and congratulations on your 5th birthday.
Yours in VIEW friendship Fiona
